1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vb33 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the vb33 online gaming platform at vb33.bio and all associated services, games, promotions and features. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors who browse the site without registering.

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. vb33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the Platform and creation of a player account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. vb33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify compliance with these requirements at any time:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to register an account, make a deposit or place any bet on the Platform is 21. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must register only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information at registration and update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a self-excluded player. If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on this Platform or hold a self-exclusion arrangement applicable to online gaming platforms, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business entity, partnership or other commercial organisation when using the Platform for gaming purposes.

4Account Registration and Security

To access games, promotions and payment services on the Platform you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on vb33:

• Each player may register one account only. Your registered mobile number is your unique identifier on the Platform. Attempts to register additional accounts using alternative numbers or identity documents will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vb33 is not liable for loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify vb33 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. vb33 will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze account activity pending resolution.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your account is personal and may only be accessed by you. Allowing a third party to use your account or access your funds, even with your consent, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• vb33 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents and proof of payment method ownership.

vb33 may close or suspend an account at its discretion if registration information is found to be inaccurate, if KYC documents cannot be verified, or if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of fraudulent registration, all balances including real-money funds may be forfeited.

6Bonuses and Promotions

vb33 offers various promotions to registered players, including a welcome bonus for new players and ongoing reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of each offer:

• The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Players must opt in at the time of the first deposit to claim the offer. Bonuses not claimed at the eligible time will not be awarded retrospectively.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is completed.
• Bonuses have a stated validity period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• vb33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in will not be adversely affected by changes made after opt-in, provided the original terms continue to be applied to their participation.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

8Account Suspension and Closure

vb33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. The following conditions apply:

• Where an account is closed by vb33 for a reason unrelated to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including confirmed bonus abuse, fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct — all balances including real-money funds may be forfeited at vb33's discretion.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools will result in the account being locked for the duration requested by the player. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not receive promotional communications and will not be able to deposit, play or withdraw.
• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for reasons unrelated to problem gambling may submit a closure request to customer support. Any real-money balance will be paid out before closure, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb33 excludes liability for the following categories of loss or damage arising from or in connection with use of the Platform:

• Any loss of funds arising from a player's own wagering decisions, game outcomes or betting strategies. vb33 does not guarantee that any player will profit from their activity on the Platform. All gaming and betting involves financial risk.
• Any loss or damage resulting from Platform unavailability, technical errors, internet connectivity failures, server downtime or any other circumstances beyond vb33's reasonable control. vb33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted service.
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational damage, even if vb33 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss suffered by a player as a result of reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, editorial content or promotional descriptions. Players should independently verify information before making gaming or betting decisions.

12Amendments to These Terms

vb33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vb33 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notice displayed upon login, an in-Platform message or an update to the effective date at the top of this page. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
